For new installation :
0. Ensure the wifi supports 2.4G, not 5G only.
1. After hardware reset, is the front blue light blinking, waiting
for installation mode?
2. Please ensure phone connecting to the wifi first which the
camera will connect to.
3. If wifi connection and wifi password are all correct, then,
reboot the wifi router right before the QR reading.

For 2nd/3rd ... mobile installation
If you have installed the camera on a mobile device already, the camera can not be installed again on any mobile devices. It must be shared from the original installed mobile to the new mobiles.
